Class-A CDL Truck Drivers: Minimum two (2) years verifiable tractor-trailer experience, acceptable safe driving record and clean criminal background required. All routes depart from Birmingham facility and 97% return to warehouse daily. Delivery area within 350 mile radius. Routes dispatch from approximately midnight to 9:00 a.m. seven (7) days per week. In the event of required layover, company pays for motel and $15 meal allowance. Full service leased delivery fleet with tractors containing on-board computerized CADEC units for logging required D.O.T. hours of service. Most trailers are 53' reefers. Drivers average 2 - 3 stops per route with all loads palletized. Drivers are paid an average of $0.53 per mile resulting in annual earnings of $40,000 - $65,000 depending on each driver's willingness to work. Drivers can also earn on-time delivery bonuses and up to one cent ($0.01) per mile for accident free safety bonuses. We believe our truck driving job is the best overall job available in the industry because our drivers receive an excellent salary, have great benefits, operate first class equipment, and are home most every night. 2nd Shift Order Selector: Unless you are in great physical condition and consider yourself an INDUSTRIAL ATHLETE, do not apply. High paying physical labor job requiring full case order selection while operating single or double length electric pallet jack. Case weights range from 20 lbs. - 70 lbs. Order selector must lift and stack approximately 1,500 cases per shift. Shift begins at 4:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. daily, Sunday - Saturday, with two (2) scheduled off days per week. Refrigerated warehouse temperatures range from -10 degrees in the freezer to 55 degrees in the warmest produce area. Company provides insulated clothing. Grocery area is hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Qualified selectors earn $15.68 - $15.88 per hour, plus they can earn both daily and weekly production incentive bonuses for exceeding required production standards. Selectors can also earn weekly quality bonuses and monthly safety bonuses. Routine mandatory overtime paid at $23.52 - $23.82 per hour required to complete any shift during an over 40 hour work week.

Forklift Mechanic: Immediate opening for full-time mechanic with minimum five (5) years recent experience. Responsibilities include service & repair of electric pallet jacks & stand-up forklifts in demanding 24/7 industrial operation. Must have recent certified mechanical training. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Must be familiar with using computer software to schedule and track routine equipment servicing and major repairs. Must also have experience ordering parts from best price/quality vendors. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on mechanic with ability to supervise and manage other mechanics.

1st Shift Receiving Clerk: Clerical skills required in fast paced industrial warehouse environment checking inbound palletized freight. Shift begins at 5:00 a.m. daily, Sunday - Friday, off Saturday and one (1) other scheduled off day per week. Excellent math skills, accuracy and computer literacy required. Refrigerated warehouse dock temperature of 45 degrees with company provided insulated clothing. Grocery area is hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Starting salary of at least $10.00 per hour with occasional mandatory overtime required to complete any shift.

1st Shift Inventory Control Clerk: Cycle count physical inventory in refrigerated and grocery warehouse including research of receiving errors and temporary out of stocks. Shift starts at 5:00 a.m. daily, Monday thru Friday. Excellent math skills, accuracy and computer literacy required. Refrigerated warehouse temperatures range from -10 degrees in the freezer to 55 degrees in the warmest produce area. Company provides insulated clothing. Grocery area is hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Familiarity with computerized warehouse management system or prior inventory control experience is a major asset. Starting salary of at least $10.00 per hour with occasional mandatory overtime required to complete any shift.

2nd Shift Shipping Clerk: Clerical skills required in a fast paced industrial office environment. Shift begins at 3:30 p.m. daily, Sunday - Saturday, with two (2) scheduled off days per week. Excellent math skills, accuracy and computer literacy required. Familiarity with computerized warehouse management systems and ability to understand Spanish are major assets. Duties include credit processing to produce 'clean' invoices and timely data input. Starting salary of $10.00 - $11.00 per hour with regular mandatory overtime required to complete any shift.

2nd Shift Inventory Control Clerk: Cycle count physical inventory in refrigerated and grocery warehouse including research of temporary out of stocks. Shift starts at 5:00 p.m. daily, Sunday - Saturday, with two (2) scheduled off days per week. Excellent math skills, accuracy and computer literacy required. Refrigerated warehouse temperatures range from -10 degrees in the freezer to 55 degrees in the warmest produce area. Company provides insulated clothing. Grocery area is hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Familiarity with computerized warehouse management system or prior inventory control experience is a major asset. Starting salary of $10.00 - $11.00 per hour with regular mandatory overtime required to complete any shift.

Grocery Set Merchandiser: Become a part of our team remodeling & resetting retail grocery stores. Duties include, but are not limited to, following Plan-o-Grams to stock shelves & replace display tags. Must be able to lift 60 lb. cases and travel up to three (3) nights weekly. Team will replace store equipment, re-merchandise store, place new point-of-sale advertising material, and re-tag store. Normally depart Birmingham via carpool early on Monday mornings and return Thursday afternoons. Friday schedule is usually 'half' day at our corporate office preparing labels and required materials for the next week's store set. Each team member has their individual hotel room provided and $25 daily meal allowance. Mileage is reimbursed at $0.425 per mile. Prior grocery store or similar "big box" retail store experience is a definite plus.
